New Construction of 21-unit market rate condominium building

Portland Builders has partnered with Developers Collaborative and Archetype to construct the first of five, three and four-story market-rate condominium buildings with covered, in-building parking at Portland’s first master-planned 55+ Active Adult Lifestyle community. The first building, which would house 21 units, would be built just to the south of the Motherhouse, near a historic grotto.
