Fresenius Kidney Care Gardiner

Portland Builders partnered with Developers Collaborative to bring this project to life after the previous construction manager was unable to meet budget constraints.  Originally home to the T.W. Dick steel fabrication company along a steep hill on the Cobbosseecontee Stream in Gardiner, this new building is a welcome revitalization to an area that has been targeted by the city for redevelopment for more than 15 years.  

The new state of the art space provides superior healthcare to patients in the greater Augusta area and is home to Fresenius Medical Care, an international leading innovator in kidney care and the largest provider of dialysis products and services.
